Emporium
Repositioning a boutique stone fabricator as a design studio, for a younger, design-conscious audience.

The project
A rebrand and sales strategy engagement for a boutique stone fabrication studio. Emporium wanted to evolve and connect with a younger, design-conscious audience.
The problem
The company presented itself as a fabricator. The goal was for it to be seen as a design studio, and for the client experience to feel as considered as the stonework, without losing the sense of luxury service.
My role
Creative strategist and director. I developed the positioning, the visual storytelling and the Client Experience Guide.
Approach
I repositioned the voice and visuals around artistry and luxury service, built a refined editorial identity in Illustrator, and directed the online experience so the website would read like a design studio rather than a fabricator.
Output
- Narrative direction and positioning
- Event identity
- Direction for the online experience
- Client Experience Guide (pictured above)
Status
This was paid client work. It did not go live, so there are no results to report. What's shown here is the strategic and creative output.
What it shows
I can reposition a business that sells a physical material and a service, give it a clear point of view, and turn that into the client-facing materials a sales process needs, for a paying client against a real brief.
